Description
New lesson of the “Russian painters” series will acquaint you with the rebels of the art world – painters, who being fed up with academism frames, united into a creative community and left exhibition panels of capital galleries. You will get to know the history of the association which started as an objection against the conventionality of the “classic art” as well as acquaint yourself with pictures of the most famous painters of the XIX century - Kramskiy, Shishkin, Repin etc. You will also participate in a communicative game taking on a role of the museum director or a journalist. The separate section of the lesson is dedicated to expressions for the discussion, by learning which you will be able to easily prove your point of view or confute your opponent’s opinion. The grammatical topic of the lesson is – the contruction of abstract nouns with the use of suffixes.
