We’ve taken a worrying topic for our new YouLang lesson, which became a joking matter about Russians. So why do they rarely smile? Do they really always have a bad mood? We suggest that students analyze typical situations in which people from different countries behave emotionally – to a greater or lesser degree. So how does a Russian person behave? Students are to learn how to transform complex sentence in a simple one (“when + imperfective verb” => «При + noun in prepositional case») along with communicative exercises. At the end of the lesson there is an “Acting workshop” game. With the help of this game we will find ourselves in a number of situations in typical gloomy Russia…
